Dear 4th SPE BALKAN SKI PARTICIPANTS,
Only a week separate us from the start of the conference, and we believe you expect additional information about the conference.
Here are some instructions for presentations:
• All presenters will have an oral presentation, lecture room/hall will have a VIDEO projector available for PPT presentations
• Presenters need to upload the presentation in the afternoon or at least 10 minutes before the beginning of your section. A technical staff will be available in lecture room.
Time allocated for presentations:
Plenary lectures: Will be delivered in English
Lecture duration 45 minutes (40 minutes + 5 minutes for questions)
Keynote lectures: Will be delivered in English,
Lecture duration 30 minutes (25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions)
Scientific and professional presentations: Will be delivered in English
Lecture duration 10 minutes (questions will be answered at the end of the session)
NOTE: Each presenter should not exceed the time slot for her/his presentation. Therefore, a chairperson will raise a hand 1 minute before the end of each time slot
Attached we provide you with the preliminary PROGRAM of the conference. The organizer reserves the right to change or modify the program in case of extraordinary circumstances. In case of any change occurs, you will be notified on-spot in a timely manner.
